Shipping Coverage
We ship throughout the continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. All shipping rates listed below are flat-rate per individual unit (unless calculated at checkout) and vary by product category and delivery region.

Shipping zones are determined by the following state breakdowns:

Weights & Accessories (including sets >100 lbs): Shipping fees are calculated strictly by weight and delivery location via UPS at checkout.

Cables, Storage Attachment Kits, & Rubber Flooring: Shipping is calculated flat at 20% of the item’s retail price at checkout.
Additional Shipping Information

All flat rates are per individual unit. Orders containing multiple machines will be calculated incrementally based on quantity and category.

Shipping fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

Rates apply to standard ground/freight shipping within the continental United States only.
Order Processing & Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, your equipment will be prepared for freight or ground shipment. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order leaves our warehouse.
⚠️ Delivery Note: Because commercial gym equipment is heavy and shipped via freight, please ensure someone is available to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery during the carrier’s scheduled window. Please reference your tracking link for real-time delivery updates.
